Refund Policy

As we are a small initiative producing a limited run of 100 bags, we can only accept returns if the item is unused, in its original condition, and requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Change of Mind: If you decide the bag isn't for you, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Mission Impact: Please note that if a refund is processed, the portion of your payment already allocated to the Register project may be affected. If you’d like to return the bag but leave your contribution with the project, please let us know!

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the bag is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@crownedwithcare.co.uk so we can make it right. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement (subject to stock availability).

Non-Returnable Items

​

Because this is a limited-edition release:

• Items used, washed, or stained cannot be returned.

• Gift cards or direct donations to the Register are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Pre-Order Shipping

Please remember that these bags are scheduled to ship from 14th May. If you need to cancel your order before the shipping date, please contact us as soon as possible.

Every penny of the £17.43 margin from this sale is working hard to support Black and mixed-heritage children in foster care. Before requesting a return, we invite you to consider gifting the bag to a friend or family member to help spread the word about the Crowned with Care Register.
